Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at usebeck.com, pages that link to this policy, the Beck request-access form, and related communications about Beck. In this policy, “Beck,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team operating Beck.
This policy does not automatically govern information placed in a Beck customer workspace under a separate customer agreement or product-specific privacy notice. If another agreement or notice applies to a Beck service, that document controls for the information it covers.
Privacy at a glance

Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request access, we collect your first and last name, email address, whether you are interested as a solo user, team, agency, or are not sure yet, and any message you choose to include. We also record where on the site the form was opened and the time the request was submitted so we can understand and respond to the request.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the message field.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our systems and service providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, visit times, and interactions with site controls such as opening, starting, or submitting the request-access form.
Security and abuse-prevention information
We use network and email identifiers to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse. Identifiers used by Beck’s rate-limit store are converted to one-way hashes before storage and are kept only for short abuse-prevention windows. Cloudflare may also process request and security information as part of hosting, delivering, and protecting the site.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- review and respond to access requests, questions, and messages;
- understand whether Beck may fit your needs and prepare relevant onboarding or follow-up;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- measure site traffic, page performance, and the effectiveness of our content;
- detect, investigate, and prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law, enforce our rights, and resolve disputes; and
- carry out another purpose that we explain when we collect the information or that you authorize.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Beck and responding to prospective customers, consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Beck uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including identifiers such as _ga, to distinguish visitors and sessions. It may collect device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, pages viewed, and interaction events. Beck does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or request-form message contents to Google Analytics.
Where consent is required, optional analytics remains off unless you select “Allow analytics.” We store your choice in your browser for up to six months so we can remember it. You can revisit that choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading the site or submitting the request-access form.
You can also limit browser storage through your browser settings, learn about Google Analytics cookie use, review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to your request, maintaining business records, improving our services, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Access-request messages may remain in Beck’s business email and Resend service records until they are no longer needed. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account. Short-lived Beck rate-limit records expire automatically.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted transmission over HTTPS, access controls, form validation, origin checks, one-way hashing for rate-limit identifiers, and limits on submission size and frequency. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Beck, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision on a privacy request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, email bradley@liftgroup.org with the subject “Beck privacy request.” Describe the request and the email address you used with Beck. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.
If you receive optional marketing email from Beck, you can opt out using the unsubscribe method in that message or by contacting us. Transactional or direct replies concerning a request you made may still be sent.
Additional information for EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors
You may have rights to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to address your concern. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may request information about the interests involved and object to that processing as provided by law.
Browser privacy signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because there is no single standard for all such signals and Beck does not sell request-form contact information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising, the site does not currently change its request-form processing in response to these signals.
International transfers
Beck and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers and rely on service-provider terms designed to protect the information they process.
Children’s privacy
The Beck website and request-access process are intended for business and professional audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Beck, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
